Winter's Peace

This NEW Limited Edition coffee comes from the Democratic Republic of Congo, specifically the South Kivu region (Umoja micro-lot), between the Mitumba Mountain Range and Lake Kivu. Grown at 5,500 feet, these specialty grade beans ripen slowly on the mountainside, allowing for the perfect development of sugars within the bean.

These beans are produced and processed by Mighty Peace Coffee, a women-and-minority-owned coffee collective who are working to care for people and planet alike with their sustainable growing practices and high labor standards. Mighty Peace Coffee provides sustainable economic opportunities for populations that have experienced conflict and works to unite communities with support, education and opportunity.

This is a smooth and delicate light roast, with balance in body and acidity.
