Shipping Information
After your order is placed, it will be shipped within one to five business days. Orders placed after Wednesday at noon, may not ship until the following week due to the roasting schedule. Once the coffee is shipped and leaves the Snowy Elk Coffee roastery, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping partner. Snowy Elk, LLC is not at fault for shipping partner shipping delays.

All our coffee and merchandise is eligible for shipping. We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America. Contact us for information on international shipping. We primarily use FedEx to ship our packages. We use USPS for all PO BOX shipments. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather and/or transportation delays out of our control. Rates are calculated directly by FedEx and USPS
. Shipping rates are based on several factors including, but not limited to: weight, dimensions of package, and ZIP codes. We reserve the right to modify the charges based on these factors and rate modifications by the shipping companies.

Local Pick-Up Policy
We offer a local pick-up option. When this option is selected during checkout, the customer will be notified by email when the order is ready to be picked up. Pick-up is available during normal business hours.
