Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@snowyelk.com. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation and issue a full refund if it has not yet shipped.
