We age these beans in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel from Pine Bluffs Distillery, located just down the road in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Over several weeks, the green beans absorb the deep, oaky character of the barrel—infusing each cup with warm notes of vanilla, caramel, and a subtle hint of bourbon.

After aging, the beans are carefully roasted to highlight the natural sweetness of the Nicaraguan origin while preserving the bold barrel-aged complexity. The result is a smooth, full-bodied cup with layers of fruit, spice, and bourbon-kissed depth.
