Howlin' Wolf Espresso

I bought the Breville Barista Pro Touch, very nice exspensive at home coffee/espresso machine. To make a decent correct mocha or latte you must first correctly prepare your coffee. I TRIED 9 OTHER COFFEE brands, from fresh roast to stor bought. Grind size, water temp, even tamping incorecctly can affect the outcome and taste. But finding the settings was trial and error and i wasted a ton figuring that out. Only to have those brands fluxuate with each brew and turn out bitter, burnt, extremely acidic or no crema. The inconsistancy was both frustrating and costly. It is truly an art and after testing 9 brands including the well known Starbucks nothing held up to Snowy Elk. I biut the Howling Wolf Espresso, found my correct settings and wala! It was consistantly perfect, i was not readjusting, changing and waisting coffee! There is NO other brand that is consistant perfection. And, their customer service is knowledgable, prompt and couteous. Look no further! This is the Ace in the hole!
