Hacienda Honey

This new Limited Edition single origin coffee (honey processed) comes from a small farm in the lush Central Valley of Costa Rica, at the foot of the world-renowned Poas Volcano.

The coffee beans grow in an environment surrounded by exotic trees, providing a great condition for quality, as well as improving the chemistry of the already naturally rich volcanic soil. All of the energy consumed by this small coffee farm is 100% renewable, and harvested directly on the farm. This energy supplies power to the coffee mill and provides a portion of free electricity for some of the community. 

Tasting Notes: Fruity, sweet and delicate, with a winey acidity and notes of cherry, chocolate, hazelnut and baking spice
